1999 Mercury Grand Marquis
The client's vehicle was experiencing a loss of power and engine sputtering during acceleration. Upon inspection, the issue was identified as an engine misfire. I replaced all eight spark plugs, restoring proper engine performance and drivability.
2011 bmw x5 xdrive35i
The client reported concerns regarding ABS-related warning lights and an unusual noise while driving. Upon arrival, I performed a test drive and diagnostic inspection, which confirmed a bad wheel bearing and a faulty cv-axle. I replaced the wheel bearing assembly and cv-axle, eliminating the issue and restoring vehicle operation.
2017 kia sedona
The client reported concerns regarding oil and coolant mixing and suspected a possible blown head gasket. Upon arrival, I performed a diagnostic inspection and determined that the issue was a failed oil filter housing assembly. I replaced the oil filter housing, thermostat, and a few other cooling system components. After completing the repairs, the vehicle was operation correctly and no longer mixing oil and coolant.
2008 Toyota Rav4
The client contacted me for a vehicle inspection with concerns of an oil leak. Upon inspection, I found a leaking valve cover gasket, incorrect coolant in the system, and a few additional concerns. Replaced the valve cover gasket, PCV valve, breather hose, and serpentine belt, followed by a complete coolant flush to get everything back in proper working order.
2003 Ford Expedition
The client contacted me for a vehicle inspection with concerns of a misfire and lack of engine performance. After inspection and scanning for codes, multiple cylinder misfires were found along with a faulty camshaft position sensor and original ignition coils. I recommended and replaced all spark plugs, ignition coils, and the camshaft position sensor. The vehicle is now running properly.
2010 Kia Soul Sport
The client initially reached out and requested an oil change and inspection. During the inspection, several serious concerns were found including a failed passenger-side front wheel bearing causing noise, a leaking CV axle causing vibration, and a scored rotor. I recommended and replaced the steering knuckle & hub assembly, CV axle, front brake pads, and passenger-side front rotor. After repairs, the vehicle is now road ready.
